Living area:

The large upstairs open-plan living room includes the kitchen, a dining table and comfortable seating around an open log fireplace. French windows open out onto a large balcony with stunning sea views.

There are two sofa beds which each open out into a double bed if required.

For entertainment there is a TV, a DVD player, a radio and CD stereo system.

A BBQ is provided and can be used on the balcony or stone terrace.

Kitchen:

The kitchen is equipped with an oven and 4 ring hob, a microwave, a fridge and freezer. There are great mountain views from the kitchen window.

Bedrooms:

The two bedrooms are located downstairs to keep cool and shady. One has a double bed and the other has two single beds (which can easily be pushed together to make a double if required). The bedrooms are equipped with bedside tables, wardrobes, chests of drawers and have air conditioning. French windows lead straight out onto a large stone paved terrace set under arches to provide shade.

Additional fold-out beds can also be provided (please request in advance) or the 2 sofa-beds upstairs can also be used.

Bedroom linen is provided and is included in the cost.

Bathrooms:

There are two bathrooms. The larger one has a bath with shower, washbasin and toilet and also houses an automatic washing machine. A second, smaller bathroom has a toilet and washbasin.

Towels are provided and are included in the cost.

Garden:

The house stands within its own extensive grounds including a a large quiet olive grove to the side. This is an ideal spot for a picnic (garden chairs and table are provided) and this is also a great place for young children to play safely (there is a child's swing in the garden).
